Our Requirements:

• A great attitude and a genuine love for children. The ability to interact with children and communicate with them and their parents. Creative, energetic, and know how to have fun while being responsible.
• 3 years or 3 professional childcare references. References must be recent and we must be able to contact them by phone. We cannot consider family or friends as your references.
• Your own car is necessary and a valid drivers liscense.
• Legal to work in the United States.
• Good English which also includes good writing skills.
• 19 years of age and older.
• Good communication skills.
• You must be willing to take a CPR/First Aid course upon being hired by one of our families.

Nanny Support Group

Houston Nanny Co. would encourage all nannies to get in touch with other nannies.

Taira Zachary, an experienced nanny, a former home daycare provider, and a mother of one son is the founder of the group. Taira also has taken Child Development courses and has a diploma in Child Daycare Management.

The group is for nannies to share ideas, have playdates, and a once a month nanny night out. They will also have informative meetings with guest speakers to help nannies in their profession.

Here at Houston Nanny Co., we are excited about this group and will support them in any way we can.

If you are a nanny and are wanting to interact with other local nannies than this is the place for you.
